To manage the overall operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic appeal of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and laundry. To uphold high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction while effectively leading and training housekeeping staff.
