Summary You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, the Housekeeping Manager is responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house and laundry operations. The Housekeeping Manager is expected to be on board in February / March 2024 . Qualifications Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia. Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in international luxury hotel brand is preferred. Detailed oriented and exceptional problem solving skills. Good administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.
