Position Summary

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional

cleanliness

and presentation in

guest rooms

and public areas. This role ensures a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests in accordance with international hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Cleaning & Maintenance

Clean, service and reset guest rooms following established brand standards. Replace linens and towels replenish amenities and supplies. Inspect rooms for maintenance needs, damages or safety hazards and report promptly.

Operational Excellence

Follow daily task sheets, cleaning checklists and standard operating procedures SOP*.
Operate cleaning equipment safely and use chemicals responsibly. Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently. Manage Lost & Found items in accordance with company policy. Maintain a well organized, fully stocked housekeeping cart.

Health, Safety & Hygiene

Adhere to all safety guidelines, emergency procedures and hygiene standards. Use protective equipment as required. Follow environmental and sustainability practices where applicable.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive service attitude. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
