Job Description

Job Requirement :

High attention to detail to meet cleanliness standards

Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, including the appropriate use and safety protocols of industry-specific chemicals

Time management skills to assist with basic hospitality tasks, such as replenishing toiletries and supplies, entering repair requests and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas

Customer service skills to respond to guests' requests

Communication skills to collaborate with maintenance staff

Key Responsibilities

1. Making beds, including changing linens

2. Restocking towels, toiletries, minibar items and coffee or tea carts

3. Responding to guest requests for additional towels or pillows

4. Emptying trash cans or wastebaskets

5. Performing general cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, mopping and dusting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
