Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia or English.

ResponsibilitiesWe offer the position where you can leverage your learning and develop your skills through all aspects such as Guest House Operations, Guest Service Centre, Housekeeping Operations, Reservations, and cooperation with the Finance Department for the guest house. You are expected to constantly embrace new ideas, display initiative proactively, take additional responsibilities, be a role model and be impart knowledge to others create healthy personal relations at all levels, and concentrate time and energy to get the best impact on the Guest House and yourself.
Ensure the daily Guest House operations are on track (housekeeping & etc)
Responsible for deciding pricing and offering service with the management team.
Responsible for executing, maintaining, and sustaining the procedure for customer satisfaction.
Involve in dealing with customers\' complaints, when necessary.
Involve in general office administration work.
Ensure to provide effective, quality, and prompt assistance and support.
