Housekeeping Supervisor (Hotel)

Join our team at Lone Pine Hotel as a Housekeeping Supervisor. You'll lead room quality checks, support the team on the floor, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

Check and release rooms to ensure quality before guest arrival (VIP rooms checked thoroughly). Handle guest requests and assist with complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Quality & Standards

Conduct daily room inspections for cleanliness and maintenance. Lead training on housekeeping standards/SOP updates; enforce hotel policies and procedures. Maintain high product knowledge of hotel facilities and services.

Operations

Ensure all occupied rooms are serviced by

5:00 PM

; arrivals cleaned by

3:00 PM

; VIP rooms by

12:00 PM

. Ensure show rooms are always guest-ready at the highest standard. Oversee housekeeping trolleys and pantries--neat, tidy, and well-stocked at all times. Report lost & found promptly to Housekeeping Office. Attend briefings/trainings punctually; uphold fire, hygiene, health & safety policies. Collaborate smoothly with other departments; perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience in hotel housekeeping, with prior

team leader/supervisory

exposure preferred. Strong eye for detail, guest-focused mindset, and clear communication. High personal grooming and hygiene standards; reliable and punctual. Able to work

flexible hours

based on hotel needs.

Pay: Up to RM2,300.00 per month
