Prepare and brief daily assignment for each staff shift.
Ensure that all public areas and other functional areas are kept clean at all times.
Ensure that all equipment and machine in good condition and well maintain.
Checking and supervise daily, weekly and monthly project for public area staff.
Ensure all maintenance job are attended in coordinate with the maintenance department.
Ensure banquet hall and function hall are kept ready and clean for function and conferences.
Ensure back area is clean and maintain.
Ensure lobby area and hotel area in good condition and clean always.
Ensure hotel landscape and potted plant in good condition and clean.
Ensure guest toilet in good condition and clean always.
Report any safety or security hazard to security department.
Maintain minimum stock and cost control for all material.
