Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal
Must be able work on shift rotation, weekend and public holidays
Responsibilities
Assists Executive Housekeeper in scheduling and distributing of the daily assignment to
assigned staff
Assist in directing of Housekeeping Attendants in preparing rooms and public areas as
needed to meet schedule
Supervise and inspect cleaning of guestrooms and public areas to ensure the highest
standard of cleanliness is maintained in accordance to expected standard.
To conduct training and guide Housekeeping Attendants on the correct procedure for room
and public area cleaning, product knowledge and how to improve performance
Handle guest complaints and missing or damaged items in guestrooms
Maintain stock inventories and ensure sufficient stock of cleaning and guest supplies are
available
Perform any other duties as and may assign from time to time by management
