We are looking for a dedicated
Housekeeping Supervisor
to support and guide our housekeeping team in maintaining high cleanliness standards across all units. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, hands-on experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
1. Supervise & Support Daily Housekeeping Operations
Oversee daily housekeeping activities to ensure units are cleaned and prepared according to company standards.
Provide hands-on assistance during busy days or when needed.
Conduct daily briefings and ensure tasks are clearly assigned to team members.
2. Maintain Quality & Cleanliness Standards
Perform regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure consistent cleanliness and readiness.
Report defects or maintenance issues promptly, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Support the team in implementing corrective actions when quality standards are not met.
3. Train, Guide & Motivate the Team
Assist in training new room attendants on cleaning procedures, SOPs, and proper use of equipment.
Provide ongoing coaching to improve efficiency and service quality.
Encourage a positive, respectful, and cooperative team environment.
4. Manage Inventory & Supplies
Monitor stock levels of linens, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies.
Ensure timely replenishment and proper storage of items.
Help control usage to reduce wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
5. Coordinate Schedules & Daily Operations
Assist in preparing staff schedules, task lists, and deep-cleaning plans.
Ensure rooms are prioritized based on check-ins, check-outs, and operational needs.
Communicate closely with the front office and operations team to support smooth guest turnover.
6. Support Continuous Improvement
Provide feedback on cleaning methods, workflow improvements, and staff performance.
Help implement new tools, techniques, or best practices introduced by management.
Track and report operational issues, productivity concerns, or areas for improvement.
Requirements
Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or property management (supervisory experience preferred).
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to supervise, motivate, and support a diverse housekeeping team.
Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping tasks when required.
Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
