The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating housekeeping operations within assigned facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment. This includes managing housekeeping staff, maintaining cleaning standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting the overall operational goals of the facility management team.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping and janitorial staff across designated areas (e.g., offices, restrooms, lobbies, cafeterias, and common spaces).
Plan and assign daily cleaning schedules and periodic deep-cleaning tasks.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are met.
Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory; ensure timely procurement and proper stock levels.
Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and sanitation standards.
Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff for efficiency, quality, and adherence to procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for repair and upkeep of facility infrastructure and cleaning equipment.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on cleaning operations, staff attendance, and inspection results.
Handle client or occupant complaints and service requests promptly and professionally.
Support sustainability initiatives (waste segregation, eco-friendly cleaning products, etc.).
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent (Diploma or certification in hotel management/facilities management preferred).
At least 3 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment used in large facilities.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, or local equivalents).
Basic computer literacy for reporting and scheduling.
