To supervise Housekeeping Assistant and inspect guest rooms and surround service areas. Paying attention to details by keeping the international standard of room cleanliness and product maintenance adhering to standard required by our hotel.
To report on adverse guest comment as and when required.
To report and record Lost and Damaged items in the supervisor's logbook.
Reports rooms ready for letting to Housekeeping Office as frequently as possible regardless of occupancy.
Organizes work assigned to him/her. Issues verbal and written orders to staff ensuring that the staff understands, performs their duties quickly and efficiently.
Trains staff in his/her area of responsibility.
Maintains the good order and service ability of storage areas and equipment in use by the housekeeping staff.
Issues verbal and written order to work to be done.
Checks all occupied, departure and vacant rooms.
Attends to guest's request and complaints
Reports sick and irregular behavior of guests and staff and areas to the HOD
Documents and reports defects and repairs requiring maintenance attention. Report should be followed up and checked to ensure that work is properly done.
Signs out before going off duty
In the absence of Public Area Supervisor, checks the public areas when requested by the HOD
