Hiring Company Industry: Retailing of high quality second-hand clothing from Japan.
Job Summary:
- Assist in communication between Japanese Managers and local staff.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive the productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction for all stores in Malaysia.
- Manage and work closely with Store Managers to ensure that stores operate in accordance to company standard and company goals are met.
- Responsible for business expansion by planning new store location, opening preparation, communicate with property agents, contract negotiation and renewal.
