Maintain employee files and ensure HR compliance.

Prepare and handle

Create and issue

accurately and on time.
Record daily expenses and payments.
Assist in basic bookkeeping and account updates.
Follow up on outstanding payments.
3. Office & Management Support
Assist in overall office management tasks.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
Support management in daily operations, reporting, and documentation.
Ensure proper filing and organization of all documents.
