Job Description
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to get along well with everyone.
- Responsible and can handle multiple tasks with ease.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and other office software, and you\'re comfortable using them regularly.
- Assist in daily HR and administrative tasks.
- Handle employee records and update databases.
- Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and manage HR documents, such as contracts and reports.
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking.
- Organize office supplies and manage inventory.
- Coordinate meetings and handle office communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee onboarding and training programs.
