Hr Admin Assistant Cum Receptionist (willing To Work In Seksyen 15 Shah Alam)

Job Description



1) Attend to all incoming calls politely, filter the calls and transfer the call accordingly.

2) Attend to all visitors visit at reception area politely.

3) Train and monitor cleaner works, to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office (including : toilets, meeting rooms, pantry, car park).

4) Maintaining stationeries, pantry and toiletries supplies, to ensure the stocks are always sufficient for use and placed at correct place.

5) Manage and record uniform stocks and distribution for probation staff, confirm staff and staff for yearly uniform renewal, to ensure proper track record of uniform stocks and staff uniform size records and distribute accordingly follow the company policies.

6) Arrange courier service for documents/invoices, to ensure the documents are delivered on time.

7) Assist in coordination of company events.

8) Assist in recruitment and new joiner onboarding processes and offboarding process.

9) Comply and follow all ISO 9001 Quality Management System standards and procedure.

10) Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
