Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process such as identify and selection candidate, make advertisement, interview session
Prepare Letter of Appointment / Contract for new hire
Conduct Orientation Training for new hire
Assist to prepare memorandums, letter of announcements or any other related documents as requires
Track employees probation period, confirmation, end of contract, retirement and prepare letters accordingly
Check employee claims
Monitor and record employee leave and overtime.
Responsible for monthly salary calculation
Responsible to answer employees' queries on HR related matters.
Assist Head of Department on performance evaluation of staff performance and to advice subordinate in regard to workers' responsibility, attendance and other human relation affairs.
Requirement
Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years working experience in HR field
Experience in handling SQL / Timesoft payroll software
Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
