Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Assist in updating and maintaining employee records and annual leave balance. Support HR documentation such as

employment contracts

,

offer letters

,

CP22/22A forms

, and

HR2000 updates

. Help prepare reports for

PCB/PPS audit (2022 & 2023)

and maintain related files. Assist in applying

government grants

and

EPF registration for foreign workers

. Support in updating the

company handbook and policies

, including new

e-Invoice procedures

. Handle administrative matters such as

utility name changes

,

Meta payment submission

, and other HR-related correspondence. Prepare and issue letters for

key-holding staff

and assist in

monthly incentive calculations

. Provide general HR and administrative support to the department. Work closely with the

HR Leader

, who will provide

guidance and on-the-job training

.

Job Requirements:



fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Basic understanding of

EPF, SOCSO, PCB

, and HR procedures. Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

. Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills. Responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Training and supervision will be provided by the HR Leader.
