General HR responsibilities include assisting with basic recruitment procedures and providing support and guidance to employees on HR and Office policies.
Full admin responsibility for all office needs, office maintenance and appearance and office correspondence.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and attendance record
Equipment/accessory requests and procurement, set up system access, and basic trouble-shooting and/or escalation as required
Assist with new employee onboarding
Assist with planning and coordination of various meetings and company events
Any ad hoc duties as required by Management from time to time
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in related field (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
Able to maintain high confidential with necessary information
Meticulous, thorough, able to multi-task and support when task required
Ability to communicate effectively
Have comprehensive knowledge of core HR functions and Employment Act, including recent updates
