Support the HR Manager in various human resource functions.
Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening and scheduling interviews.
Manage the renewal and ensure compliance of company licenses.
Organize and securely maintain employee records and HR-related documents.
Update and manage HR databases and filing systems accurately.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in HR-related work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail, especially with numbers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, willing to learn, and able to follow through on tasks.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Ability to read or communicate in Chinese is required.
