Kelayakan
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
Familiar with Canva; able to handle simple designs is an added advantage.
Good writing and speaking skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fast learner with a proactive, responsible, and positive attitude.
Willingness to support daily HR operations.
Tanggungjawab
Support HR Executive in payroll processing, staff welfare, events, internal communications, and HR-related administrative tasks.
Assist with general HR and office administration duties.
Maintain employee records and basic HR documentation.
Help prepare simple posters, notices, presentations, or internal materials using Canva.
Assist with basic reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
