JOB VACANCY

POSITION - HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT

LOCATION - SETIA ALAM, SHAH ALAM

SALARY - RM 2500-3500

ADMIN

1. Provide administrative support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner

2. Type correspondence, reports and other documents

3. Maintain office files

4. Open and distribute the mail

5. Take minutes at meetings

6. Distribute minutes

7. Coordinate repairs to office equipment

8. Maintain confidential records and files

9. Maintain records of decisions

10. Perform other related duties as required

HUMAN RESOURCE

1. To prepare and assist in the clerical work in the staffing, recruitment and training needs to meet the manpower requirement of the company

2. To prepare and assist in the clerical work of staffing processes such as assessing and

3. selection process, induction/orientation program, and other HR related activities

4. To prepare and assist in the clerical work in handling payroll administration

5. To prepare and assist in the clerical work in the daily operations and planning
