Job Description


  • At least two (2) years of working experience in human resources and administration would be an advantage.
  • Experience in SAP payroll system is highly an advantage.
  • Must be hands on, details oriented and dedicated.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Teamwork skills and possess good working attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Support internal and external HR related inquiry or requests.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of employee and employer information.
  • Perform data entry based on approved payroll documentation.
  • Create ad-hoc reports for senior management.
  • Manage and update HR database with necessary information (leave, benefit, payout etc).
  • Prepare necessary deduction and statutory reports for payment.
  • Prepare monthly insurance report for accounts to make payment.
  • Monitor and distribute stationery.
  • Apply grant and claim from HRD Corp.
  • Any other jobs that assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
