Job Description

Human Resources



Prepare and process monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF & PCB), and ensure compliance with labour laws. Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, overtime, claims). Respond to payroll-related queries from employees, providing explanations of deductions, benefits, and other payroll-related matters. Prepare HR related documents (offer letters, confirmation, warning, resignation, etc.) Manage HR administration tasks including filing, memos, and HR reports. Manage foreign worker-related matters such as FOMEMA medical check-ups, permit renewals, and hostel arrangements.

Office Administration



Oversee office operations, including utility payments and procurement of office supplies. Support ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as required. To assist in internal and external audit. To undertake any ad-hoc tasks/ projects pertaining to HR and administrative duties as and when required.

Qualifications:



Preferred Chinese At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative work . Ability to speak and write effectively in English, Malay and Mandarin Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
