xf0x9fx93x8b Assist in recruitment processes including job postings and candidate screening
xf0x9fx97x82xefxb8x8f Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
xf0x9fx93x85 Coordinate training sessions and onboarding programs for new hires
xf0x9fxa4x9d Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace issues
xf0x9fx93x88 Assist with performance management processes and documentation
xf0x9fx94x8d Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policiesWhat Wexe2x80x99re Looking For:
xe2x9cx85 Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or related field
xe2x9cx85 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
xe2x9cx85 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
xe2x9cx85 Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiar with HR software is a plus
