WEDRINK brand is a chain brand under Runxiang Catering Company. It specializes in fresh ice cream, tea, coffee, juice, etc. Once launched, it quickly became popular in the market and is deeply loved by consumers all over the world. It currently has hundreds of branches in Southeast Asian countries.

We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Officer who is fluent in Mandarin. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you'll provide excellent customer service and assist the Admin Manager with daily administrative tasks.

Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and organized HR and Admin Executive to support our human resources and administrative operations in a fast-paced F&B environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR processes, supporting employee relations, maintaining personnel records, and overseeing day-to-day office administration functions to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Human Resources:



Handle recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies). Administer attendance, leave records, and payroll support. Manage offboarding procedures including clearance, final pay, and exit interviews. Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and staff development activities. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company values and labor laws. Manage employee engagement initiatives and staff welfare programs. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, etc.).

Administration:



Oversee general office operations and ensure a conducive work environment. Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers. Coordinate with internal departments for day-to-day administrative needs. Handle correspondence, documentation, and file management. Assist outlet managers with staffing or HR queries.

Requirements:



Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Familiar with labor laws, HR practices, and statutory requirements in [your country/region]. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office; HR software knowledge is a plus. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Multilingual ability (especially English + local language) preferred.

Working Conditions:



5/6-day work week depending on operational needs.
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM

Based at Head Office Fast-paced, service-driven work environment with a focus on operational efficiency.

Key Skills & Attributes:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus. Knowledge of local labor laws and food service regulations.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
