-We are looking for an experienced HR and Admin executive to join our team.-The role will be to complete all HR functions and liaise with off-site payroll for attendance and new joins etc.-All duties related to foreign workers, hostel handling etc.-Develop training schedules and work with heads of department to ensure the training is occurring to an effective level.-Maintain all HR files accurately.-Assist with administrative duties, shipping, accounts and data entry where needed. Be able to be cross trained across to assist our HR and Admin Manager in all aspects of the office. Accounts experience highly regarded.-Experience in LMW also highly regarded, however, not essential. We will train the candidate.-We are in the midst of an exciting expansion with lots of growth potential for the right candidate. This person will be PIC to our HR and Office Manager. We will offer training in LMW, BRC certification etc. Reporting directly to our HR and Office Manager.-We want a can do attitude to get the job done and someone who can work harmoniously with current staff and help increase our output and ensure our staff are looked after and their needs are met, voices heard etc.
