Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



HR Strategy and Planning

Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values. Assist in setting long-term HR objectives and priorities.

Employee Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Lead recruitment efforts for mid-level and senior positions, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job profiles and hiring plans. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.

Employee Relations

Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers in resolving employee concerns.

Industrial Relations

Professionally handle employees' grievances. When required, conduct investigations on disciplinary cases including but not limited to drafting legal documents and attending to the labor office if necessary.

Performance Management

Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms. Monitor performance management compliance and effectiveness.

HR Policy and Process Improvement

Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices and legal requirements. Implement and communicate policy changes as needed.

Training and Development

Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees. Promote professional development and career growth opportunities.

HR Administration

Oversee HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping, documentation, and HRIS management. Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.

Benefits Administration

Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication. Collaborate with benefit providers and insurers to optimize benefits packages.

Legal Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management and regulatory compliance.

Employee Engagement and Culture

Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and workplace culture. Organize and participate in HR-related events and activities.

12. Compliance and Reporting:



Ensure compliance with HR and admin policies, as well as local and national labor laws. Prepare reports on key HR and admin metrics for management review.

Requirements:



At least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Required language(s): English, Bahasa. At least three (2-3) years of work experience in HR Have good knowledge and experience in Malaysia Employment Law and Industrial Law. Independent and can work with minimum supervision and guidance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
