Requirements
Qualification Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management (HR), Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Excellent communication skills. Able to answer and manage phone calls and emails, and act as the company's representative for customer or external inquiries.
  • Strong understanding of the Employment Act 1955.
  • Proficient in using digital HR systems such as Google Sheets, StoreHub, Fresha, or other Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Employee Record Management
  • Maintain and update staff personal information in the HR system
  • Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, and resignation letters
  • Organize employee personal files in both physical and digital formats
Attendance and Leave Management
  • Monitor daily attendance through punch card or biometric systems
  • Process applications for annual leave, sick leave, and special leave
  • Prepare monthly attendance reports for management review
Recruitment Support
  • Post job advertisements on job portals
  • Screen resumes and arrange interview schedules
  • Communicate with candidates and interview panel members
Training and Development
  • Organize internal and external training programs
  • Maintain records of staff training participation
  • Prepare training reports for audits or Learning & Development (L&D) purposes
Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Support monthly payroll processing in coordination with the accounts department
  • Manage medical claims, insurance, and other employee benefits
  • Prepare documents related to EPF, SOCSO, and PCB
Disciplinary and Performance Monitoring
  • Maintain records of warnings, show-cause letters, and disciplinary actions
  • Support the annual performance evaluation process
  • Prepare reports related to staff KPIs and performance
