Job Responsibility Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Training employees and monitoring performance Investigating employee incidents and carrying out disciplinary measures Assists in drafting all kinds of HR letters, administers the HR procedures, ensure HR procedures are adhered to Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of HR letters/records, performance appraisal form and training schedules Involves in manpower planning and expansion Assist in payroll checking Assists in training & evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees Assists in organizing company events such as company s annual dinner, activity, & etc for refreshment/meal To ensure high teamwork and adopt continuous improvement within the department Others ad-hoc task as assigned To implement, maintain and comply with Integrated Management System Policy, Procedures and relevant requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Safety & Health Management System Job Requirements Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration Min 2-3 years of working experience in related field. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin is an added advantage Required skills: Microsoft Office Excellent analytic Skills and proven ability to solve problems creatively Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Excellent time and resources management skills Strong leadership skill and able to handle multiples ongoing projects.
