Key Responsibilities:



Human Resources :



Assists for HR day-to-day operations and activities, include recruitment process, job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling Maintaining and updating of employee records and HR documents Assist with onboarding and offboarding process Administering in establishing HR policies and regulatory compliance, overseeing training and development Support employee relations and handle inquiries Liaise with agent for working permit Liaise with government bodies for example EPF, PERKSESO, TAX and HRDF.

Administrative Support



Assists to manage and organize office files and documents Handle courier service, emails, and phone calls Office welfare and farewell arrangement, and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Assists for travel and Accommodation arrangements Festive events planning, gifts procurement and coordination Prepare payment requisition monthly with invoice attachment as necessary Any other Administrative daily clerical work and Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time

Requirements :



Posses at least at a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field Posses a high level of confidentiality, responsibility, self-motivation, self-discipline and good interpersonal skills Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently Strong spoken and written communication skills in trillingual English, Chinese and Malay.

Preferable candidates that are fluent in Mandarin

since the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin in speaking clients Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
