Assist in recruitment processes: job posting, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Prepare monthly attendance and assist in payroll processing.
Handle leave, medical claims, and employee benefits administration.
Support training coordination, performance appraisal, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with employment laws and company regulations.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and general administrative purchases.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (hardcopy & electronic).
Assist in organizing company events and staff activities.
Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and government authorities when required.
Support management in implementing HR initiatives and continuous improvement.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,793.98 per month
