Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive HR and administrative experience, with demonstrated expertise in HR functions and office management.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
  • Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee relations skills, with the ability to effectively address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
  • Experience in performance management processes, including setting performance goals, conducting performance appraisals, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite to manage employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and development planning, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Oversee office administration, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Prepare and submit HR reports, including headcount reports, turnover reports, and compensation reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support on policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and to support career growth and development.
  • Manage the company's payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.
