  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Foreign Worker Administration in the Manufacturing or Retail / Construction Sector.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to coordinate with government agencies and departments responsible for labour and immigration to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Tanggungjawab
  • Manage the end-to-end process for Foreign Worker Administration, which includes arranging quota applications, permit renewals, FOMEMA, ticket bookings, and more.
  • Provide operational support to the Head of Department (HOD), clients, and project owners in administrative tasks and communication.
  • Monitor and report relevant government information and activities to the HOD on a daily basis.
  • Maintain and regularly update records of foreign employees.
  • Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations and keep the HOD updated.
