HR Admin Intern

to support our recruitment operations and help us connect with great talent.

What You'll Do:

As an HR admin Intern, you'll work closely with our recruitment team to:

Assist in

posting job ads

on social media, job portals, and WhatsApp groups

Screen resumes

and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Conduct

initial phone screenings

or WhatsApp interviews

Coordinate interviews

between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update

candidate tracking sheets

and databases Support in

onboarding

and documentation of new hires Help improve our

recruitment processes

and tools Attend job fairs, roadshows, or university recruitment drives (when needed)

What We're Looking For:

University student or fresh graduate in

HR, Business, Psychology

, or related fields Strong communication and people skills (comfortable speaking to all levels) Passion for recruitment and helping people find jobs Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision Fluent in

Bahasa Malaysia

and

English

Familiar with basic tools: Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Canva, etc.
