Job Details
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to join our team for at least a 3-month internship. You will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment support, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support HR documentation and filing (employee records, onboarding forms).
2. Help coordinate company events and staff activities.
3. Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and office support.
4. Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Good communication and organizational skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Able to work independently and in a team environment.
