Job Description


Office Operation Handle full spectrum of office administrative support to all departments in a professional manner; Assist in making sure the office operate smoothly; Work closely with the Management to assure business scopes, operation & direction; Provide support in organizing company events and staff activities. Human Resources Perform HR operation function support such as leave and benefit related administration, recruitment process, payroll calculation, onboarding/off-boarding logistics and other related areas. Assist HR Manager with HR projects as assigned in a professional manner; Support to organize company engagement activities, campus, internship programs etc; Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements Able to keep up in a young company\'s fast-paced, high-pressure environment; Responsible, proactive, self-driven and energetic; Familiar with Excel, Word and other Microsoft Software; Excellent Command of Verbal and written English and Chinese.
