Ensure overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
To setup Employee Handbook, maintaining setup HR Policies, SOPs, and processes related to HR and administrative workflow.
Update and advise the management team on solutions and strategies for HR management, workplace relations, and matters within the interpretation of relevant Malaysia Employment Acts and Regulations.
Ensure compliance to IRB, EPF, SOCSO, HFRD and necessary authority requirements.
Responsible for employment contract.
Office administration.
