Job: HR Admin Industry: Food and Beverage Location: M.M.B. Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (Kuching, Sarawak), 5 Miles, jalan penrissen Job Scope / Responsibilities: 1. Organize and maintain personnel records 2. Update internal databases (e.g., record sick leave, annual leave and etc) 3. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, new hire guides and etc. 4. Answer employee\xe2\x80\x99s queries about HR-related issues. 5. Assist in Recruitment. 6. Responsible for tracking staff\xe2\x80\x99s leave (sick leave, annual leave, unpaid leave, emergency leave and etc). Requirements: 1. At least 1 of working experience in related field. 2. Must possess at least SPM or Diploma in Human resource, management, business or related field. 3. Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage) 4. Adaptability to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 5.
