Support financial processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
Develop and implement policies to improve organizational efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR and administrative matters.
Requirements:
Minimum
Diploma or Degree holder

Proven experience as an
HR & Admin Manager
or similar role (hospitality or entertainment industry preferred).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of general administration, tenancy management, and financial principles.
Proficient in
MS Office
and
HR software
.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Salary Range:
RM5,500 - RM6,500 per month
