Working day: Monday - Friday
Working Hour: 8am - 6pm
Remuneration: Basic salary + benefitsKey Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company\'s overall goals and objectives.
  • Conduct workforce planning and analysis to anticipate future staffing needs and ensure the availability of skilled talent.
2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Implement best practices for onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and communication strategies.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
4. Performance Management:
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
5. Training and Development:
  • Identify training and development needs through performance evaluations and skills assessments.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies and support career growth.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentives, employee insurance, and employee benefits administration.
  • Conduct regular reviews of compensation practices to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
7. HR Policy Development and Compliance:
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
8. Employee Safety and Wellness:
  • Oversee employee safety and wellness programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and other applicable legislation in Malaysia.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address safety concerns and implement preventive measures.
9. Administrative Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facilities maintenance, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and supplies.
  • Coordinate corporate events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
10. Other Responsibilities:
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by top management.
Requirement:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration/ any relevant.
  • At least 8-10 years of related working experience and minimum 5 years in managerial role.
  • Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word &Power Point.
  • Experience in managing a big team.
  • Reporting Line to Group Executive Director.
