Analyze the talent needs of each department: including headcount, required knowledge, and skill sets--based on business objectives and development plans. Provide input for recruitment planning and talent development. Human resource forecasting and appointments at the managerial level and above are centrally managed by headquarters.
Develop recruitment plans according to talent demand planning, and take responsibility for recruitment, interviewing, and selection of talent for the overseas company. Assist the General Manager of the Malaysia factory in building a core overseas team and managing team operations.
Support each department in setting performance management goals aligned with their development objectives. Oversee performance appraisals, reviews, and related management activities.
Assist department managers in handling employee relations and resolving HR issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and complaints. Maintain positive employee relations and a healthy workplace climate.
Implement HR policies, systems, and processes across departments, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Regularly provide feedback to the Group COE on human resources, company development, and performance appraisal matters for the overseas company.
In line with the human resources strategic plan, continuously optimize organizational and employee performance management systems. Guide and supervise the implementation of performance management across business departments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
At least 10 years of local working experience in Malaysia, preferably within the manufacturing sector, with at least 5 years of HR & Admin management experience.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing, engineering, or solar renewable industries are highly preferred.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required, as this role serves as the key contact point for all Chinese expatriates in Malaysia.
