Job Description


  • Position: HR and Administration Manager.
  • Salary: RM 6000-8000.
  • Location: Subang Jaya (5-day week), Selangor.
Chrisjac Recruitment are pleased to be working with our long standing client in Subang Jaya area to help them find a truly HR professional to assist with the day to day running of HR portfolio at their corporate head office in Subang Jaya. This company is a highly successful retail chain store business.
This role is a permanent full time executive position. The position requires a confident person who is experienced with focus in managing HR and recruitment administration. Candidates who aspire for this role must be some one who is enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for HR portfolio as the role will entail managing HR functions within retail chain store environment.

Being part of the management team, the HR and Administration Manager reports to the Director.
As HR & Administration Manager within the organization, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Human Resources functions and responsibilities within the organization. You will carry out responsibilities in recruitment, industrial relations, payroll administration, training and development. The primary role will include work closely with the management to support the recruitment process including updating vacancies and coordinating interview process and processing of new starters, leavers and employment administration.
Collate and input all relevant information relating to payroll, i.e. new starter, leavers, benefits, contract changes, absence.
Other duties:
\xc2\xb7Coordinating any in-house training.
\xc2\xb7Responsible for the processing of all employee benefits including health benefits.
\xc2\xb7Ensure that all HR database are updated.
\xc2\xb7Manage all staff training records and filing.
\xc2\xb7Manage foreign workers and hostel upkeep.
\xc2\xb7Monitor and manage staff daily attendance and leave records.
\xc2\xb7Manage monthly office and building support and maintenance, cleaning and waste disposal.
The candidate
  • Malaysian in age group 30-45.
  • Minimum qualification in Diploma or Degree in HR Management or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in HR administration portfolio within retail chain store environment.
  • Strong knowledge in Malaysian labor and Industrial law, prevailing HR practices and legislation.
  • Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good computer skills applications.
