: - Diploma with at least 2 years experience in general HR & Admin or Degree with at least 1 year experience in general HR & Admin - Answering incoming phone calls. - Assist in recruitment process: Job advertisement, Interview arrangement, prepare employment contract, and related matters. - Maintain & update employee database - Assist in training administration - Handle office stationery supplies. - Other general HR administrative support - Based at Puchong, Selangor Requirements : - Good in Bahasa Malaysia & English - Computer skills : Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and TimeTec - Looking for male candidate - Candidate who able to join immediate is added advantage
