Manage and maintain staff files and documentation. Handle correspondence, emails, and official phone calls. Maintain employee records (personal files, contracts, payroll data). Prepare HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, etc.). Monitor staff attendance, leave records, overtime, and work rosters. Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening resumes, arranging interviews). Prepare and process monthly payroll, allowances, claims, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB in Malaysia context). Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Act as a liaison between management and employees regarding HR-related matters.

Requirements ;



Diploma in a related field Freshie allowed and willing to learn Ability to handle confidential information with discretion High integrity, strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and attention to detail Able to multi-task and work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
