Job Brief



We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

HR Admin/Clerk

to support our Human Resources operations and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions. In this role, you will assist with HR documentation, employee records, recruitment coordination, and basic employee counselling when required. You will also help maintain office operations, provide support to staff, and ensure all HR activities are handled professionally and confidentially. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities:



Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation. Prepare HR letters, memos, and related correspondence. Handle attendance, leave management, and staff movement records. Support recruitment activities such as job posting, screening, and arranging interviews. Monitor and manage office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary. Assist in payroll preparations by providing updated HR data. Conduct basic counselling sessions for employees on work-related issues when needed. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR procedures, discipline, and workplace conduct. Assist in handling employee relations matters and coordinate any required follow-up actions. Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies, confidentiality, and employment regulations. Provide general administrative support to the HR and Management team.

Qualifications:



Minimum SPM / Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in HR or administrative roles is an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Basic understanding of HR procedures and employee relations. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
