Job Duties:



Assist in the coordination and administration of recruitment activities

Assist in on-boarding and exit process

Prepare and manage HR documents (e.g. employment letters)

Organize and maintain leave, claims, and training record.

Maintain and update employee / HR systems

Managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office

Coordinate learning and development initiatives and programs

Planning and scheduling interview, meetings and appointments

Ensure timely response to stakeholder queries

Qualifications & Skills



Possess at least a diploma in HR or equivalent

At least 1 year of working experience in related fields

Must be familiar with statutory regulations and possess sound knowledge of the employment act and best practices

Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)

Good administrative, documentation & communication skills

Able to work independently and with good initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
