Job Description

The HR Admin will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to the HR department within the FMCG industry. This role is based in Taiping and requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support the HR department's operations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and ensure a smooth integration process.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying attendance and leave records.
