Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HRA Intern to join our Human Resources team. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while supporting the WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) Certification process. The intern will assist in various HR functions, contributing to a positive workplace culture and development initiatives

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Participate in training and development initiatives, helping to coordinate workshops and seminars. Support the WRAP Certification process by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to workplace practices. Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement activities. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
