Job Description

HR job scope includes:

Recruitment

: Finding, attracting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding employees

Onboarding

: Introducing new hires to the organization, explaining its mission, policies, and culture

Training and development

: Providing training and resources to help employees learn about their new duties

Performance management

: Ensuring employees remain engaged and productive through goal-setting, feedback, and leadership

Compensation and benefits

: Processing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate compensation, and administering benefits

Work culture

: Maintaining the company culture and creating a safe work environment

Legal compliance

: Ensuring legal compliance and updating workplace policies

Employee records

: Maintaining employee records, including disciplinary actions

Employer-employee relations

: Managing employer-employee relations and handling disciplinary actions
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
