Company Industry : Aviation MRO
Working Hours : Mon - Fri (9AM - 6PM)

Working Mode: Hybrid (1 day WFH, 4 Days WFO)

Working Location : MAS Engineering Operations Center, Complex A-Subang (GET) MY

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewal based on business needs)

Remuneration : Salary RM6,000 - RM8,000 (based on qualification & education), statutory contribution & leave entitlement

Expected joining date: 1st May 2024

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Minimum Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in promoting employee culture and engagement
• Good communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in office productivity tools and software systems such as Canva, video editing/making tools and social media tools
• Able to commence within immediately
• Malaysian citizen

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Employee lifecycle surveys, including annual engagement surveys and 360-degree feedback surveys.
• Setting and tracking HR-related sustainability metrics.
• Addressing gaps in employee engagement including implementation
• Implementing global employee recognition initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, areas of concern, and actionable insights; report data and recommend actions clearly and compellingly.
• Collaborate with colleagues on cross-functional projects related to culture and engagement
• Demonstrated proficiency in office productivity tools and software systems such as Canva, video editing/making tools and social media tools
